Across government, fintech, marketplaces, and digital platforms, I help teams make complex experiences clearer, more usable, and easier to build on. My work often moves between research, information architecture, journey mapping, interaction design, design systems, documentation, and delivery with product and engineering teams.
The best work I have been part of came from listening closely, making sense of messy systems, and creating the conditions for teams to move with more clarity and confidence.

International Association of Islamic Psychology (IAIP) Lead Service & UX Designer
October 2025 - January 2026
Outcome: One connected platform covering membership, certification, research and education. I designed the platform end to end: the service map, information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, UX and final UI.
How I worked: I interviewed leadership, fellows and program leads, mapped journeys for four audiences, and defined role-based dashboards and modular components.

Al Etihad Payments - Aani Lead UX Designer
May 2025 - June 2025
Outcome: A UX guideline framework and Figma file that give internal teams and partner banks one standard for payment flows, forms, accessibility and error states. I also delivered design improvement recommendations for the existing Aani screens.
How I worked: I ran discovery with product, engineering and compliance, mapped every end-to-end flow, and turned the gaps into reusable rules and patterns.

Government of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE Lead UX Designer
December 2024 - February 2025
Outcome: Two redesign projects delivered in parallel, each with a research report, a redesign strategy and content recommendations:
How I worked: I led research across both platforms at the same time, using stakeholder and resident interviews, heuristic evaluation, usability testing and global government benchmarking. Running the two projects side by side meant insights from one kept sharpening the other, especially around how residents look for services and make sense of legal information.

Mobily (KSA) User Researcher
June 2024
Outcome: A prioritised, shareable backlog on Airtable of usability fixes across Mobily's Arabic and English products.
How I worked: I ran heuristic audits in English and Arabic on mobile and desktop and logged each issue in Airtable by screen, severity and recommended fix.

National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) Workshop Facilitator
September 2025 - February 2026
Co-facilitated empathy-driven design workshops for the NNMSS Universal Design for Social Impact Program across UAE universities, guiding students through mobility, cognitive, and communication simulations and helping student groups translate insights into “How Might We” opportunities, rapid prototypes, and assistive design concepts improving accessibility for people living with MS and other chronic conditions.

MDLBEAST Projects Brand Manager
XP Music Futures 2024, Soundstorm 2024, Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix 2025
Managed brand and creative delivery across major MDLBEAST events, including XP Music Futures 2024, Soundstorm 2024, and the 2025 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix after-race entertainment.
Managed high-volume creative production across multiple stakeholders and workstreams, coordinating briefs, feedback, approvals, and final artwork delivery against extremely tight live-event deadlines.
Kept complex creative workstreams moving from brief to execution, balancing changing requirements, competing priorities, and large volumes of assets while maintaining brand consistency across event touchpoints.
